The filter query parameter supports the options: "abandoned", "cancelled", "completed" and "running".

"abandoned" - the filter shows the abandoned requests. "cancelled" - the filter shows the cancelled requests. "completed" - the filter shows the completed requests. "running" - the filter shows the running requests.
No filter shows all the requests.

The job type query parameter supports the options: "csvimportgroup" and "csvimportuser".
"csvimportgroup" - the filter shows the group import requests. "csvimportuser" - the filter shows the user import requests. "csvdeleteuser" - the filter shows the user delete requests.
No job type filter shows all the requests.

Entitlement required: manageUserGroups (Manage users and groups) or manageAllUserGroups (Synchronize users and groups) or manageUserStandardGroups (Manage users and standard groups).
Note: You only need one entitlement, but you can have more than one.
