Entitlements required: manageAppAccessAdmin (Manage application lifecycle), manageappaccessowner (Manage application entitlements).

Schedule recurring Account Synchronization operations for the given application with specified frequency (DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY, YEARLY, or ONCE). Note: fullrecon reconType is not allowed for DAILY frequency.
