Upload template customizations in a ZIP file. The entries in the ZIP file should be in the following format:

/templates/<component>/<name>/<variant>/<locale>/<file_name>

Entitlements required: manageTemplates (Manage templates and themes)
Deprecated: This API is deprecated and will be removed after June 2023. Use PUT /v1.0/branding/themes/{themeId}
