Authenticates a DLP integration (currently supports PURVIEW) by validating credentials with Microsoft Graph OAuth endpoint. On successful authentication, credentials are stored in the dlp_provider_credentials table with account_name = tenantId + directoryId. Requires JWT authentication with tenant ID.
