Retrieves detection configuration for the Windows DLP agent including confidence threshold, cloud sync processes, ignored processes, and ignored file extensions. The agent polls this endpoint on the same schedule as policy sync (default every 4 hours). Returns default seed values if no custom configuration exists for the tenant.
