Lookup a single resource by resource_id or unique_id. Only returns resources with sensitivity_count > 0. Returns the matching record if found, otherwise indicates no resource found.

Validation Rules:

• Either resource_id or unique_id must be provided

Invalid combinations will return a 400 Bad Request error.
