Delete dynamic group

Delete the dynamic group based on the specified dynamic group Id. When the dynamic group is deleted, its user memberships will also be removed.

Entitlement required: tenantAdmin, manageDynamicGroups
Note: You only need one entitlement, but you can have more than one.
