Retrieves statistics of specific assignments within a given instance from the specific tenant.

The API is used to retrieve aggregated statistics of assignments in a given campaign instance for a reviewer or supervisor. Filters can be applied against the assignments.
The owners of the application can retrieve aggregated statistics of the campaign instance that is created by them or includes at least one application owned by them.
