Get a smartcard and other X.509 certificate providers

Retrieves the smartcard and other X.509 certificate provider configuration.
Entitlements required: readIdentitySources (Read identity providers) or manageIdentitySources (Manage identity providers).
Note: You only need one entitlement, but you can have more than one.
