Retrieves the list of OIDC application grants.

Retrieves the list of OIDC or OAuth grants for a particular OIDC application. The user must be an admin or the owner of the application.

Entitlements required: readOidcAppGrants (Read OIDC and OAuth application grants) or manageOidcAppGrants (Manage OIDC and OAuth application grants) or readOidcGrants (Read OIDC and OAuth grants) or manageOidcGrants (Manage OIDC and OAuth grants)
