Delete a specific purpose with version

delete https://{tenanturl}/config/v1.0/privacy/purposes/{id}/{version}

Use this API to delete an existing purpose by ID and version.
Note: A purpose version can only be deleted if no consent exists for that version. Additionally, if any application or policy uses this purpose, then it cannot be deleted.
