Gets the details of a download job or gets a CSV report.

https://{tenanturl}/v1.0/reports/jobs/

If Response Content Type is application/json, then this API uses the job ID to get the details of the CSV file.
If Response Content Type is application/zip, this API gets the .zip file that is identified by the job ID.
Allowed Response Content Type are application/json and application/zip

Entitlements required: manage reports.
