Check if the given attribute is used in the dynamic group condition set.

This API checks whether a specified attribute exists in the condition set of any dynamic group associated with the given tenant.

Entitlement required: tenantAdmin, manageAttributes
Note: You only need one entitlement, but you can have more than one.
