Get all the sets of configured mobile push provider credentials.

Get all the sets of mobile push provider credentials that were stored for the tenant. Each set of mobile push provider credentials is listed by its "appId" and includes the server resource ID that is used to get, update, or delete that set of credentials.

Entitlements required: readPushCreds (Read Push Notification Credentials) or managePushCreds (Manage Push Notification Credentials).
