Retry a list of failed operations.

Entitlements required: manageAppAccessAdmin (Manage application lifecycle). Supported operation types for retry are 'AP', 'AD', 'AGA', 'RGA','AM','AR', 'AS'. Operation states supported for retry is 'FAILED' only. List of operations can be obtained using operation list API('https://docs.verify.ibm.com/verify/reference/getoperation').
